We are seeking for our international client a Director Procure-to-Pay (m/f).
As Vice President Procure-to-Pay International you are responsible for steering of the organizational unit Procure-to-Pay International with focus on international customers. In this regard, you will face the following interesting tasks and challenges:
  • Functional leadership of 100 employees organized in 3 groups and disciplinary leadership of all  Procure-to-Pay employees.
  • Lead, organize and coordinate the end-to-end operations of the international part of the Service line Procure-to-Pay
  • Act as a main point of contact for day to day business matters for all international European customers
  • Drive the transformation and the digitalization of the international PTP services
  • Provide leadership and people development - Lead organizational unit with 3 direct functional reports leading teams and covering 200+ specialists
  • Actively manage the transformation of the international part of the Service Line PTP (Employee development, Acquire new business, organizational development, location concept)
  • Take responsibility for understanding client requirements - Establish and maintain relationships with international clients and other stakeholders for effective communication and expansion of existing PTP operations
  • Operationally manage daily business and critical situations across service-line and solve escalations to provide seamless operation and effective service to clients
  • Continuously improve processes and services for international customers
  • Manage International Service Line Procure-to-Pay - Plan and control success of PTP International (FTE / Staffing, OPEX, SLAs, Revenues, Projects) in close collaboration with affected business partners from Controlling and HR
  • Ensure strategic planning (iPF), budgeting and forecasting of PTP International
  • Monitoring and Analyzing of international PTP performance vs. Budget, propose and pursue measures to increase Service delivery, efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Actively steer capacity of the assigned unit in terms of optimizing the operations in order to guarantee quality of results, SLA fulfillment and operational excellence.
  • Define, plan and execute the digitalization roadmap of PTP international – implement digital efficiency and quality improvements, like e.g. robotics and analytics for international business
  • Completed commercial course of study at university or university of applied sciences, ideally with a master in economics/business administration or similar field
  • Proven track record in leadership position, ideally in international environment with several years of management experience or experience in managing large projects in an international environment
  • Excellent project organization and project management experience (incl. multiproject management) and broad range of methods
  • Comprehensive procurement and accounting know-how and broad body of knowledge in leadership and personnel development
  • Excellent knowledge of Shared Service Center strategy and its implications for the service portfolios of internal shared services
  • Extensive knowledge of the purchasing and accounting policies
  • Adaptive and results driven Management style with a balanced approach to management of strategic planning and operational excellence
  • Corporate attitude, with intercultural experience, strong service behavior and diplomatic skills
  • A proven motivational Leadership style – candidate builds strong relationships at every level of the organization and is a strong motivator for his organization and respective stakeholders
  • The position requires the willingness to travel (internationally) on a frequent basis 15-30%
  • Candidates need to be fluent in English and German, Any additional language from within European DT footprint (especially Slovakian) is beneficial
