We are seeking for our international client a Head of Workflow Management (m/f).
  • Coordinate, plan and control resources for device-driven projects to achieve business and finance goals.
  • Responsible for establishing and providing of required technical expertise, methods, tools and processes for an efficient and effective implementation of the device strategy (e.g. design thinking, service design, agile product development, project management, central data and systems for the device business in the European subsidiaries).
  • Central definition and controlling for the implementation of quality requirements concerning devices in the multinational/international product portfolio.
  • Design, develop and implement control elements for the device business together with internal stakeholders (e.g. finance, strategy, subsidiaries, BuyIn) to achieve the device business goals.
  • Lead of expert teams in the sense of agile leadership. This implies to build a framework which encourages agility (e.g. understanding of methods, stakeholder management), to build a required infrastructure (e.g. tools) and the individual development of employees.
  • Take leadership to define and drive execution of overall strategic approach and business unit strategy.
  • Drive profitability and margin by improving operational efficiencies.
  • Responsible to support, manage and close business opportunities at existing customers and new prospects resulting in new customers and increased share of wallet at existing customers.
  • Contribute to continuous cost saving and improvement of operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to portfolio consolidation and standardization.
  • Full line responsibility for a team of employees located globally.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, main contact and consultant to key customers, top management, colleagues and other relevant units.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder, including top management.
  • Actively collect best practices, facilitate update calls and collect lessons learned from previous projects enabling faster adoption of new methods, improved customer satisfaction and increased coverage of required skills.
  • Success in this role is measured by service level achievement, customer satisfaction score and financial contribution.
  • A university degree, ideally in one of the following fields: business administration, economics or engineering.
  • Strong experience in managing international device business and/or telecommunication business.
  • Experience in professional and staff management.
  • Proven track record in a similar position, supported by management and customer references.
  • Successful engagement with customers, specifically Top Management, CIO or CTO and key stakeholders.
  • Strong experience and process skills of the business functions Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery and PortfolioManagement.
  • Strong capabilities and successful application of methods like PMI or similar Project Management and Business Cases and Value Realization.
  • Strong track record working in virtual settings across globally distributed teams.
  • Fluent English and German language skills.
  • The position requires the willingness to travel (internationally) on a frequent basis, i.e. on average 1-2 days per week.
