We are seeking for our international client a Senior HR Business Partner (m/f).
The HR supervisor position will be appointed in the near future.
  • Communicate regularly with all levels of site, country, region and corporate leadership
  • Maintain strong relationship with site and country leadership
  • Interact with local works councils to effectively communicate and implement integrated HR systems and processes
  • Serve as a link between site/country leadership and regional/global HR resources
  • Facilitate implementation of compensation, benefits, talent management and HRIS systems that align with company standards, local regulatory requirements and site or business strategies
  • Support learning and development of workforce as it relates to HR systems and processes including Workday
  • Ensure HR work processes and supporting communication in and between skill center and generalist roles are performed in an efficient and effective manner
  • Act as a catalyst for change and manage change processes to ensure effective implementation of HR strategy
  • A Bachelor’s degree (or above) with major in Human Resources, Finance or Business Administration is preferred
  • Strong HR generalist knowledge
  • Experience in establishing and implementing HR policies and procedures based on relevant laws and regulations
  • Experience leading large HR projects
  • Experience with HRIS system (preferably Workday)
  • Experience in multi-national organizations
  • Strong sense of business ethics, integrity, confidentiality, sensitivity, self discipline, job ownership and accountability
  • Good skills on active listening, logic & critical thinking, judgement and decision making, complex problem solving, time management and good team spirit
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead change management processes
  • Experience with M&A integration activities preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
